Bennett Family Insurance was started on April 1, 2020 by Bennett “Ben” Solomon.

Ben was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. While in the engineering profession he worked in the paper and packaging industries. In 1994 Ben changed career paths and began to work in the insurance industry. After gaining industry experience, he opened his own captive agency in 1998 representing a Fortune 500 insurance company. After 24 years Ben decided the independent channel would be the best way for him to service his clients. In 2020 he started “Bennett Family Insurance”.
